Just a short update. I have been working on a revised approach to blogging and connecting with people. You might be aware that I have been experimenting with some different approaches, and that will continue, but I have for now decided to focus my blog posts on this blog and on my long-running trust, estate, elder abuse, conservatorship, etc. litigation blog. Going forward, I will be using this blog for posts relating to business, D&O, governance, executives, boards and committees, workplace, risk management, and other topics that you can see listed under my name at the top of this blog.
